Additional training programs are open to all players during the season These programs generally meet one night per week.
Footskills. The footskills curriculum is built around the technical components of the games. Particular focus will be put on attacking moves,
1 vs. 1 games, passing/receiving, and finishing.
Goal Keeping Academy. This new clinic provides a comprehensive program of goalkeeping skills—physical, mental and emotional elements—suited to the age and ability of the individual.
Indoor Soccer. This program runs November–January to motivate players in the off season. Indoor has advantages, such as frequent touches on the ball, many opportunities to score, maximum participation, and the elimination of complicated rules like off-sides.

The camp will focus on small and large group tactics for competitive players and teams. Staff and team coaches will also conduct goal setting and team building sessions throughout the week. Advanced Skills and a Goalkeeping Academy will also be offered as two-hour add-ons to the Team Camp.
Sports Performance & Conditioning Program. Held the same week as team camp, this program will feature performance testing, speed/strength training & development, and agility & cardiovascular work.
High School Pre-Season Mini Camp. Open to all area high school players (JV or varsity, boys and girls) to help sharpen skills, build fitness, and prepare for tryouts. Specific goal keeper training available. Mini Camp runs for four sessions at Monger Field.
