|
- Participate in player draft organized by Age Group Coordinator.
- Coaches call all non-returning players to confirm intent before recruiting for vacancies. Remember to consult Age Group Coordinator (Spring only).
Remind coaches to never be alone with players. 2-deep leadership required at all times. Enforce this by scheduling team parents to attend on a regular basis.
Emphasize fair play and equal play. Each player is required to play at least 50% of each game! Time of play should be as equal as possible. Regardless of score, quality of play, or player capabilities.
Additionally all players should play various positions.
Identify equipment shortages and contact equipment coordinator for replacements.
