• Participate in player draft organized by Age Group Coordinator.
• Coaches call all non-returning players to confirm intent before recruiting for vacancies. Remember to consult Age Group Coordinator (Spring only).
• Remind coaches to never be alone with players.  2-deep leadership required at all times. Enforce this by scheduling team parents to attend on a regular basis.
• Emphasize fair play and equal play.  Each player is required to play at least 50% of each game! Time of play should be as equal as possible. Regardless of score, quality of play, or player capabilities.
• Additionally all players should play various positions.
• Identify equipment shortages and contact equipment coordinator for replacements.
