    The SVU Pathway

SVU has a systematic way to develop players. An advantage is that each player continues to build on similar information and priorities from year to year, regardless of age and the coach. We ensure there are no gaps in the development of players.

SVU focuses on three main points:

    • HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT: Prioritize technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth while fostering character, leadership, and resilience.
    • PLAYER-CENTERED: Tailor coaching to individual needs, encouraging creativity, decision-making, and love for the game. Meet the player where they are in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Understanding that players develop at different rates
    • LONG-TERM FOCUS: Success is measured by players reaching their potential, not just immediate match results. Process over results
