MISSION

SVU will be the Premier soccer club in the Shenandoah Valley by promoting and enhancing the game of soccer for the youth of the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County and to encourage the healthy development of those players. Our mission will be accomplished by offering a variety of programs designed to improve the quality of players, coaches and administrators each season throughout the year.

Virginia Club Soccer League. – VCSL

Travel Program-

The Virginia Club Soccer League provides a competitive outlet for travel soccer clubs throughout Virginia. The league is home to clubs both large and small and uses a demographic basis for membership that promotes the growth of the game in underserved communities and the stability of member clubs throughout the league. Sanctioned by VYSA, the VCSL hosts Premier and Classic Divisions for boys and girls teams U10-U19.

• VCSL champions earn automatic entry in the VYSA President’s Cup state championship
• Western Virginia based league with regional schedules and expanded competition.
• Hybrid club-to-club & team-to-team based format.
• Postseason opportunities for teams who qualify.
