SVU Recreation Soccer Programs: Fall 2025
Our Rec program is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all players, with no emphasis on results—only on fun and growth. The program is open to players born between 2006 and 2021, and it focuses on helping each child improve at their own pace while fostering a love for the game.

Mini Kickers (U4 Program)
For our youngest players (born in 2021), the Mini Kickers program introduces the fundamentals of soccer in a playful and engaging way. Through age-appropriate activities and games, young players will develop key physical, technical, social, and psychological skills. It’s all about having fun while learning the basics of soccer and building confidence on the field!

Hot Shots (U5-U6 Program)
The Hot Shots program (for players born in 2019-2020) is a great introduction to soccer. Focused on the “Active Start” stage of development, Hot Shots continues to build physical, technical, social, and psychological skills through curriculum-based activities and games. This 8-session program is designed to excite and engage young players, helping them build a strong foundation for soccer.

U10 Challenge – 2017 /2016 for the 2025-26 season
The Travel program starts at U11- 2015 for the 2025-26 season.

Advanced Technical Program

The ATP Program is geared toward eager Rec and Challenge players seeing advancement. The program accepts both boys and girls 2018 – 2013 birth years. The program does offer goal keeper specific sessions. The program will run for 6 weeks starting March 21.
